A graduate from the Alexander Training Institute in San Francisco, I have been working with groups and individuals in the Bay Area since 1997.

Before coming to the Alexander Technique, I worked for 15 years as a Massage Therapist. I came to the Alexander Technique because I was looking for a method that would prove long lasting effects instead of short lasting temporary relief. With my first Alexander Lesson it became clear to me that this work held the promise of depth and integrity I was looking for.

For the greater part of the past 10 years I also practiced Zen Meditation and have been an active member of the Zen Community in San Francisco. It is not surprising that for me Zen Meditation and Alexander Work merge perfectly together into one unity.

I believe in the Alexander Technique as a means to profound change, depth and positive outlook on the ever-increasing challenges of modern life. My aim is to work with each individual according to their specific needs, leave enough room for explorations and to help uncover the full potential for flexibility and ease.
